Work with Mia
How we can work together:
✦ The Work
You might be preparing for a keynote or developing a signature talk. Or you’re noticing that the way you communicate isn’t engaging your team-and you don’t know why.
Something is getting lost between what you know and how you come across.
You’re highly capable. You know your material. But when the stakes rise, you may find yourself over-explaining, holding back, performing, or simply not sounding like yourself.
And you’re ready to change that.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all work, and I’m not going to give you communication formulas or “best practices.”
We begin with a conversation.
From there, we look at what’s actually happening -what’s working, what’s not, and what will help you communicate in a way that feels more clear, connected, and fully your own.
✦ Ways We Can Work Together
For a specific talk
A keynote.
A signature talk.
Something that needs to be yours-not another version of what’s already out there.
We don’t start with structure.
We go wider first-what you’ve lived, what you’ve said before, what you may have left out or moved past.
From there, we find what’s actually worth saying.
Then we shape it into a talk that feels like you-and lands.
For how you lead and communicate
Sometimes it shows up in a talk.
But it’s not just the talk.
It’s how you’re communicating with your team,
how people respond to you,
and where things aren’t working the way they should.
We look at that directly.
What you’re doing.
How it’s landing.
What’s working-and what isn’t.
And we build from there.
What clients notice once we start working together:
“We went well beyond the mechanics of voice and the theatrics of performance into what is much more fundamentally critical to being a great communicator.”
— Jason Ing, CMO at Typeface
“If you’re someone who’s used to operating at a high level but feel like something’s getting lost when you speak, Mia will help you bring more of your whole self into the room—clarity, heart, and all.”
— Michael Margolis, Founder & CEO of Storied Inc., #1 Narrative Advisor in Tech
If you’re reading this and recognizing yourself in it -
we should talk.
We’ll look at what you’re working on, what’s not landing,
and whether this work makes sense.
